Individual Tuition
Individual focus
One-to-one lessons offer you a programme which is designed precisely to your own unique requirements. In this way, you achieve the best results possible because the teacher is able to focus on your needs and personal learning style in each lesson.
These lessons can be added to a group programme as afternoon electives, or you can take a course consisting entirely of individual tuition.
There is an entry level test prior to the start of the course so the tutor can identify the areas which you most need to work on. You will also complete a detailed Needs Analysis which will allow us to design the course to ensure professional or academic goals are met.
Progress is constantly monitored, and tutors set new goals each week to make sure learners remain motivated and challenged throughout the course.
Specialisation
Individual lessons can be tailored to meet specific academic or professional needs, including exam preparation, university entrance exams and English for the workplace or specific careers.

Testimonial:
I had a great time at Basil Paterson. I have no hesitation in recommending the college to other students. The most important part are the teachers. They were very confident in teaching and all lessons were neatly planned. Never had I such competent teachers in a English class before. They have a gift in creating a good atmosphere and gave us the opportunity to improve our English enormously.”
