Course Content
This dynamic, interactive one week course focuses on six core business skills: Presentations, Persuasiveness, Leadership, Negotiations, Networking and Pitching. Through practical exercises, expert insights, and real-world examples, you’ll build confidence and gain actionable strategies that you can apply immediately to your professional life.
Mastering Presentations
This highly participative session taps into students’ performance talents, providing practical solutions to help you deliver outstanding presentations and influence people in the process. Our trainers will focus on body language, eye contact, voice projection, presentation tools, content and style. We also look at developing participants’ ability to affect positive change in their workplace, by developing key skills associated with influencing others.
Becoming More Persuasive
Discover techniques for influencing others and communicating your ideas effectively. Whether you’re persuading clients, colleagues, or stakeholders, you’ll learn how to present compelling arguments, use language strategically, and enhance your emotional intelligence to drive your message home.
Developing Leadership Skills
Gain insights into different leadership styles and learn how to lead teams effectively. Focus on decision-making, motivating others, and building trust. Learn how to lead with integrity and navigate challenges as a confident, capable leader.
Negotiation Techniques for Success
Strengthen your ability to negotiate successfully by mastering strategies for win-win outcomes. Learn how to prepare for negotiations, handle objections, and close deals that benefit all parties involved, while maintaining positive working relationships.
Meeting and Networking Strategies
Participants learn how to make meetings time-effective and action focused, how to devise agendas, facilitate, deal with difficult people, capture outcomes and call attendees to action. Networking is an interconnected skill which requires the ability to build rapport easily, gather information quickly, and identify new business partners effectively. Participants will develop all these skills through a series of roleplays and scenarios, followed by peer feedback and self-evaluation.
Perfecting Your Pitch
Whether you’re pitching a business idea, product, or service, this module will teach you how to craft and deliver a compelling pitch that grabs attention and drives action. Learn how to tailor your pitch for different audiences, make a lasting impression, and confidently present your value proposition in a concise, impactful way.
