University Foundation Programme

Who is it for?

If you have good qualifications from secondary or high school in your own country, but need to improve your English language and study skills to prepare for entry into a UK university, this is the course for you. Basil Paterson has been helping students achieve their academic goals for over 80 years, and because we have both an English language and UK high school on-site, we know exactly what it takes to get you into university.

Over recent years, 100% of our University Foundation students have gone on to study at university, having been offered places at a range of UK universities including the University of Leeds, the University of Bradford, Glasgow Caledonian, Heriot-Watt, and Napier University in Edinburgh.
